Refund Policy

This page explains what happens if you pay for something on sunilbhatia.ai and later change your mind. I have kept it short and clear so there are no surprises.

“I”, “me” and “my” mean Sunil Bhatia, an individual, who sells anything offered on this site.

Everything is non-refundable

Payments for webinar registrations, books, courses, and any other paid material on this site are final. Once you have paid, I cannot offer a refund, a partial refund, or a credit.

That includes, to be completely clear:

• you registered for a webinar and did not attend, or could not attend;
• you bought a course and did not start it, or did not finish it;
• you bought a book or other download and changed your mind after buying;
• you already knew the material, or it was not what you expected;
• you no longer need it, or your circumstances changed.

Why

These are digital products. You get access to the material as soon as your payment goes through, and that access cannot be handed back. Please read the description on the sale page before you buy — and if anything is unclear, ask me first. I would much rather answer a question than take money from someone who is going to be disappointed.

If a live session is cancelled or rescheduled

This is the one situation where money comes back. If I cancel a live webinar or session and cannot offer you a reasonable alternative date, I will refund that registration in full.

If I move a session to a different date and you cannot make the new one, tell me and I will either move you to a later session or refund you. That is my mistake to fix, not yours.

If something goes wrong with your payment

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but never received access, that is an error and I will fix it.

Write to support@sunilbhatia.ai within 14 days of the payment, include your receipt or the payment reference, and tell me what happened. I will normally reply within 3 working days and put it right.

How refunds are paid, when they apply

Where a refund is due under this page, it goes back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Once I have sent it, it usually takes 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank. Any fee your bank or card issuer charges is outside my control.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page removes any right you have under the law that cannot be signed away. If the law where you live gives you a refund right that this page does not, the law wins.

Changes

I may update this policy. When I do, I will change the date at the top of this page. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to your purchase — a later change will not be applied backwards.
